FWRD Barre 45
A 45 minute version of FWRD Barre 60 class. This class moves a little faster than FWRD Barre 60 with quicker transitions and a little less abdominal work and stretching. You leave class feeling strong in body, calm in mind, and empowered in spirit.
FWRD Barre 60 Fundamentals
This beginner-friendly barre class will slowly move through the poses of our FWRD barre class. Experience how barre can make you feel stronger from the inside out, bring you peace and mental clarity, and improve your posture and flexibility. Enjoy the same full-body workout but with simple choreography, soft music and a heavy focus on education.
FWRD Interval (HIIT)
This 45-minute class is designed to strengthen your heart and cardiovascular system using your own body weight. Class incorporates periods of high-intensity intervals and intermittent active recoveries. Intervals are performed at the barre and center room. Modifications are provided for all exercises. Weights are not used.

This 45-minute class is a mommy and me style class that promotes safe and effective barre exercises while babywearing. Designed for babies 6 weeks-8 months (non-mobile babies).
