FWRD Barre 60

Our signature barre class is a mix of Pilates, yoga, functional training, and athletic barre work that will strengthen and stretch your body from head to toe. Class incorporates light dumbbells, resistance bands, mini balls, and body weight for a targeted full-body mindful workout that is challenging yet low-impact. You leave class feeling strong in body, calm in mind, and empowered in spirit. No ballet or dance experience is necessary.

This beginner-friendly barre class will slowly move through the poses of our FWRD barre class. Enjoy the same full-body workout but with simple choreography, soft music and a heavy focus on education.

Weights are not used.

This 60-minute heated workout will incorporate weights into yoga poses to sculpt and strengthen your muscles from head to toe while the bursts of cardio drills will maximize calorie burn and strengthen your heart! Modifications are offered for all exercises.
