Do you ever consider the number of decisions you make in a day? 
It’s an absurd number!
Do I hit snooze?
Should I wash my hair? (Nah it can go one more day)
What do I wear?
What should I eat?
What should they eat?
What should we eat later? 
Should I go for a walk?
Should I focus on work?
Should I take a nap?
Here’s a hack we want you to consider - there are things that you can move out of the decision column and thus lighten your mental load. 
What do we mean? Consider this - paying your mortgage is technically a choice. But you’ve moved it from the choice column into the WILL DO column. In your brain - it’s no longer a choice. 
Move your fitness out of the “choice” category and suddenly that’s one less decision you have to make every day. As an added bonus - at FWRD+ your only job is to show up.
You don’t  have to consider if you’re going to do a “leg day” or focus on arms! Our experienced instructors will guide you through an intelligently designed class that will deliver an efficient full body workout.

Workout from home tip: Tie your resistance band a Workout from home tip:
Tie your resistance band around a chair leg or a table leg . Make there’s substantial weight on it so it doesn’t move when you pull on the leg. 
Loop your foot through band. Lay flat on your back setting up like “backdancing”facing your anchor point. Lift pelvis floor and activate glutes. Curl your heel in towards glutes to target hamstrings. 
The further you are away from your anchor point , the more resistance and challenge.

It’s interesting how so many of us equate pausing with laziness or indecisiveness. Pausing means we’ve lost time in our pursuit of continual forward momentum.
But the truth is that pausing is important! Pausing gives us space to decompress. Pausing allows us to integrate our mind and body. Pausing allows us to determine the best course in front of us.
There’s so many positive benefits of pausing and yet…many of us resist pausing at all costs.
This is why we intentionally build in two moments of pause into each class. As we start and as we end we invite everyone to slow down. To stop moving. To breathe and center and integrate. 
Schedule some pauses into your week this week - Because pausing is important.
