Join FWRD+ for a 4-day women’s wellness retreat at the adult-only Hotel El Ganzo, a trendy design hotel 1 mile away from charming San Jose del Cabo. You’ll spend 3 nights, 4 days immersed in movement, human connection, sunshine and fresh ocean air.
LOCATION
Join FWRD+ at the adult-only Hotel El Ganzo, a trendy design hotel 1 mile away from charming San Jose del Cabo and the famous Art Walk. The hotel has its own private beach club and marina and a rooftop bar that overlooks the bay. Plus, all rooms are ocean-view.
MOVEMENT
Enjoy classes with FWRD+ Founder and FWRD+ staff– twice a day each morning ranging from Barre to Interval to Barre Fusion in the hotel’s rooftop ocean-view yoga room.
NOURISHMENT
Nourish your body with fresh, locally sourced dishes- think chilaquiles and fresh squeezed orange juice for breakfast, tacos and ceviche for lunch, gourmet Mexican like lion paw scallops for dinner. And order the churros! Brunch resort credit is included daily. There are 2 hosted dinners, one of which will be a private dinner on the beach and another at a local restaurant.
