FWRD is boutique fitness that offers many unique disciplines - Barre, Interval, and Cardio Sculpt to create an effective and inclusive fitness environment that keeps you moving FWRD in your fitness journey.
In order to reserve a class, you can purchase a single class or a class package. To take best advantage of all FWRD has to offer, we recommend our monthly unlimited access membership. FWRD differs from other boutique studios in that we offer several different fitness disciplines (Interval, Barre, Cardio Sculpt) all in one place. The classes are designed to create balanced, full-body workouts for our clients. From cardiovascular conditioning to intense strength and interval training to energetic shifts and a mindful practice in barre: FWRD offers a variety of classes tailored to each individual’s needs and led by elite instructors. At FWRD, we like to focus less on numbers and more on having fun. We believe if you shift your focus from weight loss to moving your body to feel good, strong and comfortable in your skin, you will feel healthier and happier! But...if you really need an answer, it all depends on YOU. Caloric expenditure is based on several factors and the most important of which is your personal level of intensity during the session. The following outlines industry averages for the types of workouts you'll experience at FWRD: Interval: 500+ Barre: 250+ Cardio Sculpt: 500+.
Our classes are designed with every type of student in mind and our instructors will offer modifications to suit the daily and changing needs of our students. We are on this journey together and it is our primary goal that everyone achieves personal success in class. Your path, your pace.
Premier Members get one free guest pass per month. Guest must be new to our studio, live locally, and pre-register for an account online. Members can then email email@example.com to book their spot!
Clients must be 14 years or older to participate in classes at FWRD. Please note, all clients who are 14 years of age must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver on site at our studio.
There is no charge to your account if you cancel a reservation prior to the 8 hour mark preceding your scheduled class. Late cancellations and no shows will be charged to your account or credit card on file. To cancel a class, please log into your online account and click the cancel button, or call 858.433.0377. Please note, you must speak with a member of our staff live; voicemail messages left after the close of business for a morning class will not be honored. Members and Unlimited package holders will be assessed a fee of $15 per class for any late cancellation or no show. Package holders will lose the class session. Late cancel fees and loss of sessions apply to all full or waitlisted classes. Monthly auto-pay members must request cancellation in writing 30 days in advance of their next payment date and once contract terms have been met. Please email the studio at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your membership and for any further questions on our cancellation policies.
If you are unable to reserve a spot in your desired class because it is fully booked, we recommend adding your name to the class waitlist. You can add yourself to the waitlist by first purchasing a class online and then either adding yourself online or calling the studio and asking to be added by our front desk team. If you do not receive a spot in your desired class, a class credit will remain in your account for use on future classes. Please note, the cost of the class is non-refundable.If a spot becomes available in your desired class before our reservation window closes (more than eight hours before class), you will automatically be enrolled. At that time, you will receive an email and/or text message confirming your enrollment into the class from the waitlist. Please note, we assume you want to take EVERY CLASS you are waitlisted for. If you are no longer interested in taking class, you must remove yourself from the waitlist (either online, or by calling the studio and speaking with someone live) or you risk being automatically enrolled and charged whether or not you attend. If a spot in a class that you have been waitlisted for opens with at least 8 hours to go before class, you will be notified by email or text (you choose your preference). Please note: If you are scheduled for one FWRD class and then receive a spot from the waitlist for a different FWRD class, you will be charged for both classes unless you cancel one of them before the 8 hour cancellation window. Beware of double booking! If you’re in the neighborhood, you are welcome to drop by and check with our front desk staff to see if you can snag a last minute spot for a class. Please be aware that any waitlisted clients physically present at the start of class time will take priority over drop-in clients. Your account will be charged upon confirmation of a spot in class.
Classes and instructor assignments are subject to change. All class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable; there are no exceptions. No package sharing. Single classes expire 30 days from date of purchase. 10 class packages have no expiration date. New Client Special unlimited packages are activated at the time of your first class, unless noted otherwise. No one under the age of 14 is allowed in FWRD without parental/guardian supervision.
We provide all of the equipment needed for class! Feel free to bring a water bottle and towel if you prefer.
Unused retail merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
To ensure you are warmed up before engaging in group fitness and out of respect for your fitness community, please try your best to be on time for class. Any vacancies at the start of class may be given to waitlist participants. You will not be admitted at 5 minutes past the start class and thereafter, so as not to disrupt the other students or compromise your safety. Additionally, if you’re planning on leaving early, we kindly request that you tell the instructor ahead of time.
