Pilates Sculpt is a 45-minute flow-based class performed in a lightly-heated*, high-energy environment with dim lighting. Class incorporates mat Pilates sequences, interval training, cardio bursts, and traditional strength exercises to challenge your mind and body. This class is a balanced blend of cardio and strength and will boost your mood! *Class is heated 75-80 degrees.
LIGHTLY HEATED CLASS
Barre Fusion is our 45 minute Barre class with one cardio burst for a boost of endorphins. Class wraps up with stretching and a mindful moment.
FWRD Barre 45
A low-impact 45 minute class that fuses elements of barre, Pilates, yoga, and traditional strength training. Begin with dynamic warm-up mobility exercises and core stability moves to prep the body. Class then moves into full-body resistance training utilizing isometric strength exercises typical of barre classes along with dynamic exercises of traditional strength classes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Class is full of mindful, intentional moments so you leave feeling stronger in your body and calmer in your mind.
FWRD Interval (HIIT)
This 45-minute class is designed to strengthen your heart and cardiovascular system using your own body weight and hand weights. Class incorporates periods of high-intensity intervals and intermittent active recoveries. Weights and plyometrics are always optional! This class is all about releasing stress and boosting those endorphins!
This 45-minute class starts with a slower, more gentle approach to our signature barre class (apx. 30 minutes) followed by 15 minutes of stretching, breathing practices and meditation. Leave feeling centered, restored, and balanced within the body and mind. Class is done in the candlelight.
FWRD Breath + Sound
This 75-minute special event begins with a breathwork meditation where your breath will guide you to where energy is stuck in the body, release this energy, and literally leave you feeling lighter.
Breathwork will be followed by a relaxing sound bath where instruments play at frequencies that will slow down your “fight or flight” sympathetic nervous system and activate your “rest and digestion” mode.
FWRD Core + Mobility
This 45-minute class will take you through a mobility flow sequence meant to support your long-term mobility by creating strong + flexible joints. You will be encouraged to move mindfully and with your breath. Core strength and core stability work will be woven in. Class will finish with static stretching and deep breathing. This class moves at a slower pace and is great for all levels.
