FWRD Barre 45
A unique 45 minute barre class incorporating functional movement, strength training, abdominal work and stretching. Experience how barre can make you feel stronger from the inside out, bring you peace and mental clarity, and improve your posture and flexibility. You leave class feeling strong in body, calm in mind, and empowered in spirit.
FWRD Interval (HIIT)
This 45-minute class is designed to strengthen your heart and cardiovascular system using your own body weight and hand weights. Class incorporates periods of high-intensity intervals and intermittent active recoveries. Modifications are provided for all exercises. Weights and plyometrics are always optional!
FWRD Cardio Sculpt 45
Cardio + Strength Training all in one class for the ultimate fitness experience. If you seek high-intensity and challenge, this class is for you. This 45-minute workout will incorporate weights into yoga poses to sculpt and strengthen your muscles from head to toe while the bursts of cardio drills will maximize calorie burn and strengthen your heart! Modifications are offered for all exercises. This class is for all levels of students though prior experience in Barre and Interval is encouraged.
FWRD Cardio 30 / Core 15
30 minutes cardiovascular training+plyometrics and 15 minutes core strengthening. Optional use of light hand weights and resistance band.
20 minutes barre and 20 minutes cardio. Optional use of light hand weights and resistance band.
