FWRD Barre 45
A unique 45 minute barre class incorporating functional movement, strength training, abdominal work and stretching. Experience how barre can make you feel stronger from the inside out, bring you peace and mental clarity, and improve your posture and flexibility. You leave class feeling strong in body, calm in mind, and empowered in spirit.
FWRD Interval (HIIT)
This 45-minute class is designed to strengthen your heart and cardiovascular system using your own body weight and hand weights. Class incorporates periods of high-intensity intervals and intermittent active recoveries. Modifications are provided for all exercises. Weights and plyometrics are always optional!
FWRD Cardio 30 / Core 15
30 minutes cardiovascular training+plyometrics and 15 minutes core strengthening. Optional use of light hand weights and resistance band.
20 minutes barre and 20 minutes cardio. Optional use of light hand weights and resistance band.
30 minute restorative, candlelight barre followed by 15 minute meditation.
FWRD Breath + Sound
This 75-minute special event begins with a breathwork meditation where your breath will guide you to where energy is stuck in the body, release this energy, and literally leave you feeling lighter.
Breathwork will be followed by a relaxing sound bath where instruments play at frequencies that will slow down your “fight or flight” sympathetic nervous system and activate your “rest and digestion” mode.
